Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Conduct political campaigns
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or impersonation
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Distribute malware
- Operate robocalling systems
- Circumvent opt-out requirements
- Send high-volume marketing traffic
- Evade carrier restrictions
- Generate artificial traffic to manipulate billing
AI-Specific Prohibitions
You may not:
- Use AI to impersonate real individuals without consent
- Use AI voice for deceptive purposes
- Deploy automated call flooding
Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Throttle traffic
- Suspend accounts
- Reclaim phone numbers
- Terminate access without refund
Carrier rules supersede user preferences.
