Refund Policy

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused included usage
  • Overage charges incurred
  • Suspensions due to policy violations

Billing Errors

If a billing error occurs, you must notify us within 14 days of the charge.

Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
